WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?


Deaf and hearing people who have completed our Part 1 - Working in Inclusive Teams course.


COURSE AIMS:


We build on previous knowledge from Part 1 of the training programme and develop a deeper understanding of how teams can work inclusively, using theory and practical exercises to consolidate understanding.

At the end of this course, you will be able to analyse any deaf and hearing team and enable them to become more effective.


LEARNING OUTCOMES:


A better understanding of leadership theories and concepts, and how they relate to inclusive environments for Deaf and hearing people:

  • The Formation of Groups
  • Beneficial Behaviours
  • Making Decisions
  • Planning processes
  • Personal action plans to take away.


COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

  • You need to complete Part 1 of our Inclusive Leadership programme.
