WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR ?
Deaf people who wish to develop skills to work with other deaf and hearing people. Hearing people who would like to develop skills working with deaf people. Deaf and hearing colleagues who work in deaf related employment.
COURSE AIMS:
To provide skills and experiences of positive teamworking between deaf and hearing people. To develop good teamworking practices for deaf and hearing people to work together effectively
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
Develop skills and knowledge for effective teamworking together. Understand the importance of effective communication for successful teamworking. Develop knowledge of required tools for effective teamworking and apply them in practice. Learn how deaf and hearing people can work together.
