Adair International accredited Team Leader training courses based on the Action Centred Leadership model are well established and have a proven track record in a wide variety of organisations, both in the public and private sectors.
It has been used as a training model since 1962 and was last used within the Deaf community in the 1980s – 2000s with Friends for the Young Deaf. In all this time, millions of people, globally have experienced ACL.
Deaf & Hearing Trailblazers CIC are the only Deaf organisation worldwide who are accredited to deliver this training – you have come to a very special place indeed! Here we will be sharing our experience and knowledge on deaf and hearing leadership and blending it into the ACL philosophy.

PRACTICAL – We will focus on what leaders do and we will give you practical tools and examples to take back to your own workplace to apply.
